~ Please allow a Processing time of 1 - 2 Business Days for actual shipping. This excludes HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS. Once Shipped, an email confirmation and tracking confirmation will be sent for all orders. We do ship Internationally but please allow 10 - 15 days of processing time (possible 30-day delay due to customs). We suggest that you contact us directly at 410-878-2408 to assist with International Shipping once your Order has been placed.

~ Please CONFIRM that your order is Accurate. Double check to make sure that your Full-Address, Contact Information, Email Address, and all Pertinent Information is updated before you finally place your order. We regret that we will not be Responsible for packages shipped to incorrect address that were given by the customer, therefore, confirm that all contact information is correctly updated when ordering AT ALL TIMES. We will not re-ship until ALL Shipping Charges have been Satisfied in Full.

~ Product may vary (in color/texture) from Batch to Batch. Products may also become slightly Looser or Melt partially due to changes in Shipping Temps, Warmer Climates, etc. If Product arrives slightly melted, place in refrigerator until desired solidness.
